Weekly Famitsu posted an article today displaying a new mode for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3. They also included some screen shots from both versions of the game, Fortune for PlayStation 4 and Venus for PlayStation Vita.

The new trailer gives a closer look at what the “Soft Engine 2.0” has to offer. The trailer also gives shows off a new mode called “Owner Mode”. This allows players to sneak-a-peek at changing characters after you have gifted them. However, this will affect the girls happiness meter, lowering it as you upset them or, if you choose to not indulge in bad behavior, the meter will increase.

The new screenshots show off pictures from “Gravure Photo Mode” which is a part of owner mode. This will allow you to pose and take pictures of the girls wearing different outfits. There are also screen shots of the mysterious Vita version of the game. This will be powered by a “Lite” version of the soft engine which does away with tan lines and bikini rips. However, an extra feature included in the Venus version will be a touch mini-game allowing players to poke the girls’ bodies and clothing.

Also announced, there will be two special outfits for Marie Rose and Honoka that will be included in early-print copies of the game.

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation vita on March 24 in Japan.

Thanks, Dualshockers.
