Square Enix is hoping to welcome some of it’s old Final Fantasy XI players back to Vana’diel over the next week. Currently ongoing, and continuing on to Monday May 25th, Square is hosting their Return Home to Vana’diel Campaign.

During these ten days, all players who have characters that were inactive as of May 12th will be able to download the Final Fantasy: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition, which comes with not just the main game, but each of the expansions as well.

To get started, all you have to do is go to the promotion page and download the game’s client. Once it’s installed, you’ll be able to play with any inactive characters you might have for the duration of the promotion.

What do you guys think of this? Is anyone here going to be taking advantage of this opportunity? If so, let us know in the comments!
