Hyrule Warriors - Lana | oprainfall

A few days ago we covered many of the upcoming characters in Hyrule Warriors, including the newly revealed Agitha and Lana. There was a lot of speculation about who exactly Lana was, since a quick wiki check yields no mention of her in Zelda lore. That is simply because she was made specifically for the Hyrule Warriors universe!

It would seem Lana is a plucky spellcaster who serves as an opposite to the game’s nemesis, Cia. This White Witch wields strong and chaotic magic, bouncing around like crazy and constantly altering the battlefield with transparent tomes and blocks. She also wields lighting magic, which looks to deal serious damage to swarms of enemies. Looks fun to me.

It is interesting to point out that, so far, all of the playable characters revealed thus far — aside from Link — have been women. Don’t know if that’s a theme or if they are just holding the male characters in reserve. Either way, Hyrule Warriors is looking more and more interesting! Take a look at the trailer below and tell my you disagree.
