Hardware Sales

3DS 23.600
PS Vita 13.865
PS3 7.339
PS4 6.792
Wii U 6.716
PSP 1.642
Xbox 360 201

So… yeah. Sales are down in the Media Create charts. God of War Collection on the Vita need just above 2000 units to make the Top 20. Consoles combined for 60,000 units sold. To be fair, at this point last year, it was around 73,000 units for consoles. However, that was also without the PS4.

Anyways, the software side is lead by The Idolmaster: One For All. This is the latest release in Bandai Namco’s Idolmaster series, which saw its first release back in 2005 for arcades. The series has only had one worldwide release, that being the iOS version of Shiny Festa. So if you want to play this game, you’ll more than likely need to import.

Moero Chronicle - Media Create Charts | oprainfall

Coming in second is Moero Chronicle. This is the second game in Compile Heart’s Genkai series, which includes Monster Monpiece. It’s unclear if this will be coming over. It will probably depend on sales for Monster Monpiece.

The other two new game releases in the Top 20 this week were Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed for PS3 and God of War Collection for Vita. Neither sold well, only selling a combined 4600 units.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment - Media Create Charts | oprainfall

No games jump back into the list from outside the Top 20. Yo-kai Watch lead the returning games with 30,305 units sold as it moves towards a million units sold. As for milestones, Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment eclipsed the 200,000 lifetime mark.
