Game Boy Advance on Wii U Virtual Console

UPDATE: In interest of fairness, and since this poll had only been opened for about two days, we are closing this poll and opening a new poll at 2PM ET/11AM PT on March 3rd.

Game Boy Advance - Virtual Console | oprainfall

So, in case you missed the previous Nintendo Direct, Game Boy Advance games are scheduled to release this April on the Wii U’s Virtual Console. While we’re a bit sad that the 3DS doesn’t seem to be getting the same games as well, we’re happy to see the games finally coming soon.

And with that, we will soon be revealing our Top 10 GBA games we would like to see re-released on the Virtual Console. But not wanting to keep all the democratic fun to ourselves, we want to hear from you as well. That is why, starting today, we are opening a new massive poll to let your voices be heard.

The rules are pretty simple. Nearly all games that are on the system, including all Ambassador Club titles, will be eligible. Only four so far are eliminated: the three games that were announced for launch (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Metroid: Fusion, and Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3) as well as Astro Boy: Omega Factor (due to the probability that co-publisher Sony Pictures won’t allow a game to go to a rival of Sony Computer Entertainment).

If you have an idea for a game that isn’t on the list and doesn’t have any potential “conflict of interest” issues, list them in the comments below and we’ll add them as soon as possible. Also, if you would prefer not to vote for a series (Mega Man Battle Network) and instead vote for individual games (MMBN1, MMBN2, … MMBN6), let us know in the comments as well. For now, here is our somewhat-alphabetical-but-not-quite-that-way list of Game Boy Advance games.

UPDATE: We’ve already had some good suggestions to add onto the list. Thanks for your feedback. Also, I forgot to mention that you may vote for up to 10 games in this poll (although judging by early returns, most of you have figured that out already).

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.
