Tom Raider Definitive Edition

Lately, a few companies have taken to giving gamers a discount when they trade in a game from a last-gen console to a version from this generation. Not all companies are doing this of course.

Posted in a thread on the Official TRDE (Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition) message forums, is a FAQ. This FAQ, as most do, answers questions. This isn’t newsworthy itself, but what is was the announcement that Tomb Raider is not involved in any upgrade program. If you were hoping for a price break, you won’t be getting it.

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition

The game will retail for $59.99 in North America. The game releases later this month on January 28 in North America and on January 31st in Europe, for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Does this development change your plans to buy the game on a next-gen console at all? Could you care less? Let us know in the comments below!
