Matsukaze and company enter the soccer tournament, Football Frontier International Vision 2.  As the team is in the process of winning this tournament, a ship appears. The ship has traveled 188,000 light years away from the Grand Celesta Galaxy and is on a mission! The mission is to threaten you into submission. A threat is made to blow up the planet if you don’t win an intergalactic soccer tournament. Since you can’t let your planet be blown up, a new team is formed and called the Earth Eleven. The team represents Earth as well as other planetary and galactic groups of aliens.
