Insomniac Games developing a new PS3 or PS4 title? That is what it looks like after a mysterious new image that appeared earlier this week on Sony’s twitter page got updated with a new phrase, along with a reference to Insomniac Games on the same tweet.

It’s very hard to tell just what this Sony teaser is trying to convey, as only the phrases, “when worlds collide,” and “heroes return” leave it up to the viewer to theorize what the purple glowing portal could mean.

What could these hints possibly mean? As of now, we don’t really know what to make of it, leaving us to wait for Sony or Insomniac Games to fill us in with the details.
