Animal Crossing: New Leaf logo

While I have never been a huge fan of the Animal Crossing series, I know there are a lot of you out there who will appreciate the following trailer. This newest trailer for Animal Crossing: New Leaf, slated to release internationally on the 3DS this June, shows off more aspects of the game. It also does a remarkably scary job of coming across as one of those commercials that tries to persuade old folks to move into a retirement home. Regardless, the new game looks quite polished visually, and boasts new features such as allowing the main character to play as the Mayor, as well as allowing for more customization options and swimming in the nearby ocean. Until June, enjoy the following trailer.

  • Oh man….this game comes out the same month as Project X zone….O_O
I don’t know if i will have money for both.

  • I haven’t played an Animal Crossing game since the original GameCube/N64 installment, and am really looking forward to jumping back in. It looks weirdly similar graphically, but I understand that they’ve added quite a few gameplay elements since then.
