Are you a racing game fan? Then DriveClub may just be the game for you. From the first experience of owning this in-game car to the last mile you will put on it, DriveClub looks to be a very promising next-gen racer. Evolution Studios has brought us the goods, so far as we can tell.

Bullet points on the game:

  • Team-based racing
  • Concept has been around for 10 years
  • Drive the best cars in the world
  • Drive in the best locations
  • Real time racing with other players
  • Rewarding challenges
  • Every section of every track is packed with challenges

The cars are outstanding, every detail is life-like and there is a good reason why. The company visited the greatest car companies in the world to bring us this experience. The cars are as close as you can get to real cars. A custom built machine was used to make these cars as realistic as possible. The paint and threads in the cars will alter realistically in different lighting.

One big selling point for the game is how integrated it is with what Sony was trying to bring light to: the social aspect of gaming. With the challenges in DriveClub you can set up any race, any time and anywhere and invite your friends along for the ride. If the in-game driving is half as good as the look of the cars then this game is sure to hit the right spot with racing fans. And now, without further ado, the trailer. Enjoy!
