Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Beta Testing

Calling all Final Fantasy fans! Do you have an email address? A Date of birth? How about a Sony PlayStation 3 or a gaming computer?  If you said yes to all of these questions, then you’re in luck! Beta testing applications are now open for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

The upcoming re-launch of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has led to a new round of beta testing. The game, which is a reboot of the original Final Fantasy XIV, needs your help! Beta testers who meet the Legacy campaign requirements, which are listed below, can now apply. Simply play the game and let loose with its shortcomings or awesomeness, whichever the case may be. We’re hoping for total awesomeness but please, if you’re going to do this, don’t be afraid to be honest about any technical issues or whatever they are asking for you to be on the lookout for.

Application Requirements:

• Must possess a Square Enix account.
•  If you do not have a Square Enix account, please create one.
• Accounts are not necessary when submitting the application.
• Must agree to the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Tester Agreement.
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be willing to participate actively and submit bug reports in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, English, French, German

Windows PC Beta Test Requirements

• Must have a PC that meets the minimum system requirements of the game.
• Must have access to a broadband internet connection and the ability to download large patches.
