A new trailer for Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina is now available revealing the game’s release date and previewing its gameplay.

The game is scheduled to launch on April 22nd, 2027 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. It is currently available to wishlist on Steam and PlayStation Store. The game supports Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, and Portuguese text with Japanese voiceovers.
In addition to the release date reveal, a new character named White Len is joining the game. You can check out a visual of White Len illustrated by Takashi Takeuchi below.
For those looking to try the game out early, a playable demo will be available at Tokyo Game Show 2026 at the Aniplex booth. TGS 2026 takes place from September 17 to September 21, 2026 at Makuhari Messe. A special double-sided shopping bag featuring Fate/EXTRA Record and Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina will be handed out at the Aniplex booth.
