This weekend you can step into a more nomadic lifestyle in Last Oasis, as the game just launched a weekend sale. You can get it for 17% off ($24.89) on Steam until Monday. So you’ve got all weekend to snag the deal if you want to. Last Oasis features and endless array of procedurally generated oasis locations in a dying world. In this survival MMO, players can join with a clan, fight for territory, and build walking mobile bases. Resources run out quick in a nomadic life, so you’ll always need to be ready to scavenge and trade for more, or even steal the resources you need! The game is currently in Early Access. Developer Donkey Crew has also just yesterday released their latest devlog video according to the press release. This one is about the sound design aspects of Last Oasis. In the devlog, sound designer and composer Michał Korniewicz takes you into the creation of the game’s audio, and what went into designing the game’s ambience.
