In just a little over one month, Kill la Kill – IF will release for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. With the game’s impending release inching ever closer, the development team at Arc System Works and their publishing partners at PQube have graced us with two new character introduction videos. Have a look at the introductions for Ryuko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryuin below to see some of their attacks and finishers in action.
Kill la Kill – IF will mark the first game to be released for the series and will bring with it the first new addition to the Kill la Kill story since the anime series concluded back in early 2014. PQube’s press release describes it as a “hot-blooded arena fighter”. In Europe, the Steam version is set to release on July 25, 2019 with the PS4 and Switch copies releasing just a day later. The North American versions are due to release on the 26th as well. Special Limited Edition copies are also available and will ship with an original artbook, a 31-track original soundtrack CD, special cover art done by Sushio, and a Mak-Roquette squeezie.
