HITMAN: Episode 5 will be arriving on September 27th this year. The episode will be set in Colorado, USA, taking place on a farm compound. Though it has been converted into a private militia training camp.
The official title for the new episode is “Freedom Fighters.” During this mission, Agent 47 is tasked with killing four targets. The studio head at Io-Interactive, Hannes Seifert promises that this will be the toughest mission yet, along with 70 challenges to unlock new many new things. This episode has been called a season finale. This could mean there may be more episodic content for the Hitman series in the future.
The HITMAN 2016 series started off as an episodic series since March with four previous episodes available to purchase. HITMAN: Episode 5 will release on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. The season finale will arrive later in Japan however.
