Today, 3/12/2016, Square Enix has announced their Easter Sale for their Online Store. It is a pretty interesting idea in that you are not going to be aware of any of the five games that you are purchasing until after the sale is over. They are positioning this as a kind of present unwrapping. It will include 5 Steam Digital Games worth over $80.00 MSRP, and only cost you $9.99. However, there are no refunds for it, sales are final. They do also state in the press release that the games will have 5 separate codes so that you can Steam gift them to others if you want. The preorder dates are 3/11/2016 until 3/20/2016, and codes for the titles will release on 3/21/2016. While there is some inherent risk if you already own some of those games, the fact that you can gift them to others separately does mitigate some of the risk. Either way it looks like a good bargain at $9.99 and if you look at the list of Steam games published by Square Enix, you can see that list is growing pretty large, especially with their Western branches. Check out their Online Store page if you would like to order your Easter gift from them.
