First A Few Special Mentions For Our Audience

Action Henk – PS4 Digital

Action Henk

Despite the name and the aesthetic, this is actually the closest thing to a proper classic Sonic game in a while. You run along tracks full of jumps and obstacles and try to finish the stages as fast as possible. You are a retired action figure and the stages consist of a crowded toy room.

Assault Android Cactus – PS4 Digital

Assault Android Cactus

This is a fantastic top down twin stick shooter. But don’t take my word for it… no, actually, do take my word for it.

Hitman – PS4 Digital

Hitman

The new entry in the series is simply titled Hitman. Perhaps the resetting of the title indicates that this may constitute a fresh reboot or take on the franchise. Either way Agent 47 will still be tasked with assassination.

Kholat – PS4 Digital

Kholat

An exploration horror game narrated by actor Sean Bean and using the Unreal Engine 4 engine. It is based on the true events of the Dyatlov Pass incident in Russia, in which 9 hikers mysteriously died.

Rise of the Kasai – PS4 Digital (PS2 Classic)

Rise of the Kasai

The newest PS2 Classic release on the Playstation 4. This is the prequel to the highly regarded The Mark of Kri.

Tom Clancy’s The Division – PS4 Digital, Retail

Tom Clancy's The Division

The huge release of the week. Regardless of the look or the name of Tom Clancy, this is actually more of a multiplayer rpg than it is a standard shooter. Still unsure how much of it will be playable single player, but if you are looking for a multiplayer third-person shooter with a lot of rpg mechanics, this may be exactly what you wanted.
