Released a couple months ago as a digital-only title, Mega Man Legacy Collection is getting a physical release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo 3DS. Wii U and Vita owners are out of luck with this one. This new compilation contains Mega Man 1-6 along with some art galleries and extra challenges for you to conquer. The physical release comes with a robot master cheat sheet, a soundtrack and stickers. However if you were to get the 3DS version you also get two new 3DS themes. Each version will cost $29.99 and will release on February 23rd, 2016. You can check out the box art below:
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE!!! Today in the Nintendo Direct, we also heard that there is a special edition exclusive to the 3DS that features a Gold Mega Man amiibo which will unlock a few bonuses exclusive to the 3DS! Of course, you can use the regular Mega Man amiibo as well. This special release also includes six postcards and will cost $49.99. Some might say Capcom is unsure whether or not there is demand for new Mega Man games or just Mega Man at all. Well? Is there demand? Are we excited to pick these up? Are any of us picking up two copies to show their support?
Pre-orders for Mega Man Legacy Collection for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and 3DS are available at Best Buy.
