Good news for fans of classic RPGs from days of yore. Grandia II is getting a HD rehaul in Grandia II: HD Edition, which is coming to Steam and GOG sometime in 2015. Though the earlier port from the original Dreamcast to PS2 was widely seen as the inferior version, due to graphical and technical shortcomings, the HD Edition will have upgraded graphics, Japanese VA, controller support and a harder difficulty level. Just for those of you who are eager for constant challenges.
Here’s hoping the HD version of Grandia II eclipses all others as the definitive version when it hits Steam and GOG later this year.
