Two Mega Man 25th Anniversary Celebration Albums Now Available
Capcom has partnered with renowned video game music companies to release two new tribute albums for Mega Man’s 25th anniversary. The albums MM25: Mega Man Rocks from Sumthing Else Music Works and For Everlasting Peace: 25 Years of Mega Man from OverClocked ReMix are available now.
MM25: Mega Man Rocks celebrates classic tracks from the Mega Man and Mega Man X series with music from fan favorite bands – The Protomen, Bit Brigade, Mega Ran, The Megas, Arm Cannon and X-Hunters. This unique compilation comprises of original music inspired by and/or featuring samples from Capcom’s long-running Mega Man series, including an exclusive new song by The Protomen, who debut their first new track in two years. For Everlasting Peace: 25 Years of Mega Man represents the first commercial album for OverClocked ReMix and is a fully-licensed collection of arrangements. The album honors the first games in each of the Mega Man series with arranged music from Mega Man, Mega Man X, Mega Man Legends, Mega Man Battle Network, Mega Man Zero, Mega Man ZX, and Mega Man Star Force.
