Serenity Forge and Team Salvato have announced that Doki Doki Literature Club Plus is headed to Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC later this year. This will be the very first time the game is available for consoles and this special “Plus” version is also headed to PC since it contains new content not present in the original PC release. Serenity Forge states that the digital version of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus will be out later this month on June 30th and the physical retail editions (pictured above) being sold in their store will ship worldwide sometime in July. Today’s announcement was accompanied by a new teaser trailer that gives players a glimpse of some of the new features that they can expect from Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! Among brand-new Side Stories are HD visuals, a new soundtrack for the new Side Stories content and more than one hundred unlockable images with secrets to discover as you unlock content.
