This morning Bethesda announced that that Fallout 4 will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. They released a 3 minute trailer which showed a dog examining various scenes through out the abandoned wasteland while triggering flashbacks to happier times in humanities history. The dog ends up running to a man in a jump suit that reads “111” on the back. With another quick transition to a vault door with the same number printed on it we can only assume that this man, like in Fallout 3, has escaped the vault life and is now attempting a journey into the “real world”.
Over on the Fallout 4 blog website, game director, Todd Howard says “We know what this game means to everyone, the time and technology have allowed us to be more ambitious than ever. We’ve never been more excited about a game, and we can’t wait to share it.”
Fallout 4 will receive a full demo showcase during Bethesda’s E3 press confrence which will be streamed live on Twitch and YouTube on June 14 at 7 p.m. PST / 10 p.m. EST.
