Ghostlight has confirmed that their release of Mary Skelter 2 on Steam will be censored. This was confirmed today in the Steam forums when the company said they have to remove it due to circumstances outside of their control. The rewards will given for the mini game just as if you completed it, and will still cost Jack the same mental cost.

I personally wonder if this was a Ghostlight or Steam decision, and we will likely never know the answer. Players wanting the full experience should probably just pick up the Nintendo Switch version.
