Lego Dimensions will continue expanding its place in the toys-to-life sector with the announcement of 16 new intellectual properties joining the game. These properties include several movie universes including the new all-female Ghostbusters and E.T: The Extra-Terrestrial, as well as several Cartoon Network series like Adventure Time and The Powerpuff Girls. One particular character, seen at the end of the E3 2016 game trailer found below, is none other than Sonic the Hedgehog. This marks the character’s second toys-to-life figure after his Super Smash Bros. series amiibo. The upcoming character and level packs, including a new multiplayer mode, will release from September 27 through the summer of 2017.
