Nintendo Switch Presentation

Yes, that time is finally here! The time to learn more about the Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo has sent out a press release to remind everyone! Nintendo’s presentation on the new console is starting later this evening, just a few hours from now. They will begin live streaming from Tokyo, Japan at 8 p.m. PT / 11 p.m. ET. You can tune in at one of the following three places (the links will take you right to the presentation on each site):

Tonight’s Nintendo Switch Presentation is not all Nintendo has in store, though.

The Nintendo Treehouse folks will have more to show off tomorrow morning (Friday Jan, 13th). They will begin streaming at 6:30 a.m. PT / 9:30 a.m. ET. Nintendo Treehouse will show more in-depth looks at new games first shown during tonight’s Nintendo Switch Presentation. You can tune in to Nintendo Treehouse tomorrow morning at either Nintendo’s YouTube or Twitch pages. The links above will work, but you’ll just have to switch to the new Treehouse video on the channel at that time.

Nintendo has already given us quick glimpses of a few games besides Zelda. They include the new Mario and Splatoon games, but what else might they show off? If they show anything we haven’t already seen, I doubt it can top the Zelda: Breath of the Wild hype train, but I’m excited to see what they have. I’d love to see Metroid Prime 4 for instance, though I’m not holding my breath since it’s not the most likely thing ever. In just a few short hours, we will find out exciting new information on the Nintendo Switch!

Michael Fontanini
Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
