The Last Story is a “Superb, Mature Masterpiece”

In a recent interview with VideoGameWriters.com (http://videogamewriters NULL.com/), Tom Lipschultz of XSEED Games had a few opinions to share on The Last Story.

“I’m honestly kind of blown away by how good that game is. I mean, it’s Sakaguchi, so I should’ve expected as much… but even for a Sakaguchi work, The Last Story is superb. It has a certain maturity to it that few other games I’ve ever played possess.”

When asked if he could buy one title XSEED is releasing this year, Lipschultz states “the whole package comes off as a masterpiece of game design, writing, and general direction.”

The Last Story is one of three games Operation Rainfall has been campaigning for. It will release in North America on August 14th, 2012.
