Tales of Symphonia Unisonant Pack Logo 2

Namco Bandai recently held the Tales of Festival in Japan, and like last year with the announcement of Tales of Xillia 2, they decided to drop another bomb shell at the event with the announcement of Tales of Symphonia: Unisonant Pack. The previously rumored HD versions of  Symphonia and its sequel that was  originally on the Nintendo Wii which Hideo Baba himself addressed as only a possibility — which wasn’t a lie, but wasn’t the full truth. Gotta keep some surprises.

This compilation, or rather HD Collection, is releasing in celebration of  of the Symphonia sub-series’ 10th anniversary, and of course will come with high-definition remasters of Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. Tales of Symphonia: Unisonant Pack will launch in Japan on October 10th of this year for 6,980 yen (69.34 USD).

And when it looked like we would have to wait for a Western localization announcement, Namco Bandai then posted a video on youtube with Hideo Baba claiming he truly wants the Tales of Symphonia: Unisonant Pack, or Tales of Symphonia Chronicles (working title that is being used for the West) , to be localized. In fact, he suspects early 2014 would be our best bet for a release. Check out the video below.
