Soul Saga Wii U Mock-Up

Soul Saga is currently half-way towards hitting its $60,000 goal, but developer Disastercake has already started talking about stretch goals. Specifically, they stated that the game will be coming to the Wii U if the Kickstarter hits the right stretch goal. There were no specifics on how much it would cost to bring it over at this time. Ports to other consoles, like the Vita, were touched upon but only to say that they were in the process of figuring things out.

In addition, Disastercake has decided to hold a writing contest for Soul Saga. You can create your own character who will have the chance to make an appearance in the game. You have to have donated $15 or higher to participate in this contest, but the prizes are well worth it. Third place has your character featured in the game and the art book, you’ll be credited as a writer, and the story you came up with will be featured on the Disastercake website and on the Kickstarter. Second place will get you all of aforementioned prizes plus full-colored print of your character. First place will get you all of that plus a physical or digital copy of Soul Saga and access to the beta.

The contest deadline is July 15th. For more details about the contest, you can check out Disaster Cake’s latest update here.

Help support Soul Saga by donating towards the Kickstarter and/or voting for it on Steam Greenlight.
