When Fire Emblem: Awakening was shown during the first ever Nintendo Direct stream, there were plenty who believed the game would not be released outside of Japan. And when the game was announced for Europe several months ago, North American fans did not hear about the game that day. Many have speculated that the game will be announced at E3, but with only speculation and a European release to go on, some Fire Emblem fans have begun to fear the worst.

Some of these fears can be put to rest today, though. Nintendo of America has registered (http://www NULL.dailychanges NULL.com/nstld NULL.com/2012-04-22/) the domain name fireemblemawakening.com, in addition to a handful of other URLs relevant to major first-party titles.

While it’s certainly not a confirmation, hopes of an E3 announcement are suddenly looking more and more likely.
