Nintendo Direct

For those in Europe that were waiting to play Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, you won’t have to wait too much longer.  Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata has confirmed on the latest European Nintendo Direct that the 3DS remake of Devil Survivor will release for Europe before the year is over.

For those that have been waiting for Fire Emblem: Awakening, a release window for the West has been revealed.  Shibata announced that the latest in the Fire Emblem series will see a release in Q2 of 2013 (which I assume in this case means April-May-June).  Though nothing has been announced for North America, it’s safe to assume that this may also be the same time frame for a North American release as well.

On a related note, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon is scheduled to be released in Q1 of 2013.  Those in North America should expect that to be the same time frame for release.

The “Denpa” Men: They Came By Wave has also been announced for European release as well.  If you would like to know what the game is about, check out our review of it.

Three of the four Guild01 games will be localized to Europe as well.  Liberation Maiden, the Suda51 developed shooter, is the first to be released.  It will be followed by Aero Porter, from Yoot Saito, and Crimson Shroud, developed by Yasumi Matsuno at Level-5.  No word on if the fantasy rhythm RPG Rental Bukiya de Omasse will be localized along with the others.

Pullblox is now on sale in the eShop.  It will be the first in a series of weeks with reduced prices on eShop games.  October 11th will see Colors 3D on sale. SpeedThru: Potsol’s Puzzle will be on sale on October 18th.  Other games will be revealed soon.

Nintendo

Finally, European Nintendo fans will get a chance at two new special 3DS XLs.  The first is the special Pikachu yellow 3DS XL that was released in Japan earlier this year.  This will be available before the end of the year.  The second is a white 3DS XL bundled with a digital copy of Mario Kart 7 installed on the system.  This will be available on November 16th.

A number of game release dates and reveals were announced/confirmed/reminded of as well.  They are as followed:
