Perhaps the most interesting of the newly released games for this week is E.X. Troopers, Capcom’s spin-off game based on the Lost Planet series. The game sports a quirky, colourful and anime-esque style; the type we at Oprainfall usually are very fond of. However these sales make the chances of a possible localisation look very slim indeed, especially when considering Capcom’s previous statements about bringing the game to the west.
Overall this has been a rather slow week, with Animal Crossing topping the Media Create charts yet again (Though followed closely by Call of Duty: Black Ops II). This is most likely due to Japanese consumers getting ready for the Wii U launch on December 8. It will be interesting to see how the console fares over there in the east once it arrives.
