Kirby: Triple Deluxe Logo (Japanese)

Here in the West, we were introduced to the latest Kirby game during the October 1st Nintendo Direct. We weren’t given many details, but we were told to stay tuned for more. Earlier this week, Nintendo revealed in the Nintendo Direct press release the name of the game: Kirby: Triple Deluxe. We were, of course, told to wait for more details.

As for gamers in Japan, they don’t have to wait too long. It has been revealed on Nintendo’s website that Kirby: Triple Deluxe will come out in Japan January 11, 2014. The game is rated A by CERO (similar to E for ESRB and 3 for PEGI) and will be sold for ¥4,800.

So, while we have to wait a bit longer (March or April, maybe?), Japanese gamers and those with Japanese 3DS consoles can play the game this January. In the meantime, check out the trailer for Kirby: Triple Deluxe below.
