Last year the creator of Ikaruga, Hiroshi Iuchi, made a shooter for the 3DS known as Kokuga. As of right now the game is only available in Japan, but according to Germany’s USK Ratings Board, an English translation has already been completed.
The photo below of the German USK board informs us that the game is indeed in English, and that the publisher is G.rev. This is the same company that published the Japanese version of the game.
