zelda triforce

Nintendo confirmed during their Treehouse Live presentation today that The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes will have full Download Play support (including all content being playable even if you don’t have the game). This goes along with the game’s local and online multiplayer, as well as a single player mode if you prefer a solo adventure. I’m glad for the single player mode, as the multiplayer-only design of the original GBA Four Swords game was a bit stupid really.

This, along with Hyrule Warriors: Legends should help keep us busy during the rest of the long wait for the Wii U Zelda game, which is set to come out sometime in 2016. The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes is set to launch this fall, while Hyrule Warriors: Legends is planning a 2016 launch.

Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
