A new game will be coming out soon for North American PlayStation Vita owners.  Dokuro, a game of puzzles and unrequited love, will be coming courtesy of GungHo Online Entertainment and GameArts.

Dokuro has a chalk-drawn setting with fairy tale themes.  You play as the titular skeleton, who is a minion of a Dark Lord.  One day, the Dark Lord goes out and returns with a Princess, intent on marrying her.  Dokuro looks at her and immediately falls in love.  From then on, it is his intent to save her from the Dark Lord, even if he doesn’t receive her love in return.

As the player, you must solve the puzzles in each stage as the Princess foolishly moves forward, only stopping when an obstacle is in her way.  The path ahead is littered with traps, pitfalls, and a few flying creatures.  As you progress, you will gain power-ups, such as chalk that helps you manipulate your surroundings and the Hero Transformation that turns Dokuro into a handsome Prince that can slash enemies to bits.

There is currently no rating for the game but that will change soon.  Dokuro is expected to release in October.
