November 19th 2013 After a six-year strong relationship with SEGA, we at First 4 Figures are pleased to announce today that we’re introducing a third range of Sonic statues to our very successful portfolio: The Sonic Diorama Collection. This new range is answering the fan demand to see more dynamic statues, and we’re thrilled at the opportunity to really push the boundaries of what it’s possible to accomplish with high-quality resin statues. It will see the recreation of numerous iconic scenes from the series’ impressive 22 year history.

Starting off this new range is the City Escape Diorama. Originally seen in Sonic Adventure 2, then re-imagined in the smash-hit game Sonic Generations. The diorama will please all fans of the series as it features Sonic in both his Modern and Classic designs, tearing down the streets on their boards, and launching into the air. The entire piece, including the base, measures in at 12x10x12″, and an extra limited ‘exclusive’ edition of the statue includes LEDs in the base to light up the sparks and ramp detailing.

The Sonic Generations Diorama is available to pre-order now. The Exclusive Edition, available directly from our website only, is limited to just 450 units and can be pre-ordered here. The Regular Edition is limited to 1000 units and can be pre-ordered here. Both will be available from Q2 2014.
