Today localization company Love Lab Japan announced they would be releasing Sugar Sweet Temptation from creator Recette in the Fall / Winter of 2022.

Here is more about the game from VNDB:

This is the debut work for Recette, a sister brand of Palette. Fueya is a mysterious town where faeries are said to reside. The ‘night of the fairies’ takes place once a year when diamond dust fills the sky. It is said that happy miracles occur on this night. Even though the townspeople mostly treat the legend as a funny tale, they still look forward to it every year.

There’s a small patisserie named Folkroll on the outskirts of the town. It’s been around for dozens of years and is known for their really delicious cakes. However, the old man who worked as the patisserie was recently injured and had to be hospitalized. Without someone to make the cakes, the shop’s future was in danger.

The girls who worked there, Meru and Koori, didn’t know what to do and decided to make a wish on that special night for someone to come and save the shop. Then, a miracle happened and a mysterious young man Kurou appeared before them when they returned to the shop. He didn’t have any memories, but knew a lot about baking and agreed to work as the shop’s patisserie.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
