Hamster have announced that NAMCO arcade game Pistol Daimyo No Bouken will join their Arcade Archives lineup starting today! The game will be available on both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 and will cost $7.99. This is also the first time the game has been made officially available outside of Japan.

“PISTOL DAIMYO NO BOUKEN” is a shooter released by NAMCO in 1990.
Players control the young lord “PISTOL DAIMYO” on an adventure as he battles spirits and evildoers.
His energy bullets have 3 tiers of strength, determined by how long you hold the button. Use helpful items you
find along the way and triumph over the enemies before you!

Also as a bit of fun trivia, Pistol Daimyo No Bouken is a spin off of another NAMCO game called Bravoman where the main protagonist here appeared as a boss. The screenshot below comes from the English version of the Turbografx-16 port of the aforementioned Bravoman:
