During the latest Nintendo Direct, Nintendo showed off more of Splatoon 3. Splatoon 3 was announced in Nintendo’s previous Direct earlier this year and is headed to Nintendo Switch sometime during 2022. A more specific release date has not yet been announced at this time. But, Nintendo did show off some new special skills available in Splatoon 3, in addition to giving some info on what the newest entry’s story mode will be about. Details are fuzzy but Splatoon 3’s new weapons are sure to intensify Splatsville’s multiplayer Turf Wars. And some very familiar faces will be lending a hand in the game’s Story Mode, Return of the Mammalians, where the Inklings’ world is about to get a lot hairier….
