Square Enix has announced that NieR Replicant ver. 1.22474487139…, the upgraded version of the Japan-only release, NieR Replicant, is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. The game is a prequel to the critically acclaimed game, NieR: Automata. This upgraded version features remastered graphics, revamped combat, a re-recorded soundtrack, new voiced dialogue, and an extra story scenario titled “Mermaid.” “Mermaid” features a scenario involving a little girl, a shipwreck, and a new boss battle.
