NEO: The World Ends with You | Key Visual

Square Enix released a new trailer for their upcoming game, NEO: The World Ends with You. The trailer previews the game’s characters, gameplay, soundtrack (once again composed by Takeharu Ishimoto), and also revealed the release date. NEO: The World Ends with You launches on July 27th, 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. In addition to this, the trailer confirmed that NEO: TWEWY would also launch for PC via the Epic Games Store.

The story of NEO: TWEWY takes place in Shibuya, Tokyo and focuses on Rindo. One day, a mysterious girl identifying herself as a Reaper appears before Rindo. Rindo decides to join the Reapers’ Game and must now deal with monsters known as “the Noise.” Will Rindo be able to make it through the Reapers’ Game?

Combat in NEO: TWEWY takes place in teams. Each member of the team can equip one pin. Players must press the right button in order to use the ability that corresponds with the respective pin. You can choose from many pins that allow players to attack enemies, heal party members, or even buff your team’s abilities. Choose the right pin loadout and dominate your opponents!

NEO: The World Ends with You launches on July 27th, 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The PC version is scheduled to launch in Summer 2021. It is available to pre-order now for consoles.
