Idea Factory International has released more character information for the upcoming release of Azur Lane: Crosswave on the the Nintendo Switch. This week they are showing off the evil sirens that look to make trouble for allies, and some other Kassen as well. The Switch release will feature Taihou and Formidable both formerly DLC for the PS4/Steam versions. Both Kassen will come with 3 support characters each and additional story content. Photo Mode has been enhanced as well. You can now pose up to 6 characters instead of 3, and there are also some extended camera angles for even better photos!

Playable Ship:

Ping Hai

A girl from the Dragon Empery, a nation separate from the four major nations. She lives a frugal life with her sister who looks just like her, Ning Hai. She eats a lot, but if it’s for her sister, she will suppress her hunger and put in her very best at training herself. She was invited to attend the event, and enters the fray representing the Dragon Empery.

Her sister, Ning Hai, is available as a full-time secretary and battle support ship.

Full-Time Secretary/Battle Support Ships:
Zara
Sardegna Empire affiliated. One of the central members of the imperial fleet, with amazing proportions. She is active as the right-hand of the empire.
Jean Bart
Vichya Dominion affiliated. Though she has a rough temperament, she also has a more sensitive side that cares for those weaker than her.
Sirens:
Observer
Among the Sirens is Observer, whose work involves her namesake: to observe those who are able to connect and interface with the history and lore of the naval vessels. She is rarely ever seen partaking in any matters of the world. She holds a twisted view towards the humans and Kansen that can only be explained as being eerie and complex, which are reflected by her menacing weaponry. What happens after her observation this time is unknown…

*Observer is an Enemy AI only and can also appear in photo mode.

Editor
One of the Sirens, and in charge of commanding tactical execution. Her full specs are wrapped in mystery.

*Editor appears in the extra episodes for Taihou and Formidable. She also appears in the extra episodes for DLC characters Roon, Le Malin, and Sirius.

Tester
One of the Sirens, and in charge of commanding tactical execution. Her full specs are wrapped in mystery.

Steve Baltimore
Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
