Lucid Dreams Studio have released new screenshots for their upcoming 2D adventure game Legends of Ethernal. The story follows a young boy that returns home to find it destroyed and his parents missing. He sets out on an adventure to find his missing parents, and discover the truth of this incident. Players will battle fantastic creatures and solve puzzles to see this young boy through his adventure!

  • Enjoy mechanics that are unlocking with weapons and items that you find.

  • Solve puzzles and unleash your strategies against boss battles in multiple dungeons.

  • Gather ethers and use items during the course of your journey to help you progress through the game.

  • Admire beautiful 2D hand-drawn art covering multiple environments, scaling up to a resolution of 4K on supported platforms.

  • Experience a compelling and linear storyline with great characters.

  • Listen to the wonderfully crafted score, produced and recorded by veteran musician William Gough.

Legends of Ethernal is coming to XBox One, PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game will retail for $19.99, and we will have an interview with the development team up that will be up on the site very soon.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
