Red Dead Redemption II is preparing for its PC launch early next month, on November 5th. There will be special bonuses for those who pre-order the game via Rockstar Games’ new launcher. Those who download the new launcher by Tuesday, October 8th get a free copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The PC version has been enhanced graphically and technically, and there are new weapons, gang hideouts, bounty hunting missions, and of course more.

Those who want to pre-order the game can do so starting on October 9th exclusively on the Rockstar Games Launcher (because everyone needs more launchers). After October 22nd, you will be able to pre-order the game elsewhere. It will be available from Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, GameStop, the infamous Epic Games Store, and some other digital retailers. You’ll be able to get it on Steam as well, but not until December. The game is also coming to Stadia. It is already available on Xbox One, Those who pre-order during the exclusive period on the Rockstar Launcher can choose two free games from this list of titles pre-selected by Rockstar Games:

  • Bully: Scholarship Edition
  • Grand Theft Auto III
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
  • Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition

In addition, pre-orders made through the Rockstar Games Launcher will also net you free upgrades to the premium editions of Red Dead Redemption II (both the Special and Ultimate Editions will be discounted by $20 for you). Other pre-order bonuses include:

  • Outlaw Survival Kit for Story Mode
  • War Horse for Story Mode
  • Treasure Map for Story Mode
  • Cash Bonus for Story Mode
  • 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online

The PC version of Red Dead Redemption II will have free access to Red Dead Online, with all previously released updates.

Michael Fontanini
Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
