Art of Shigenori Soejima

The art of Shigenori Soejima will be on display with a new gallery showing in Los Angeles this summer.

ATLUS is teaming up with Gallery Nucleus in Los Angeles, Calif., to host the ATLUS Art Exhibit 2019: Persona 5 Royal & Catherine: Full Body featuring Shigenori Soejima. Running from Aug. 17 to Sept. 1, 2019, the exhibit will feature incredible pieces of art by Soejima and the ATLUS Art Unit, centered around the developer’s most recent and upcoming hits, Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, and Catherine: Full Body.

From 1-7 p.m. PDT on Saturday, Aug. 17, fans can join a special opening day event at Gallery Nucleus. Soejima-san himself will be in attendance to sign autographs for attendees, as well as a special panel.

Creative and talented, yet humble and soft-spoken, Soejima-san is the long-time character designer for ATLUS. His signature style is unmistakable; he’s most well-recognized for his contributions to the art direction of many modern Persona Team titles, including Persona 3, Persona 4, Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, as well as Catherine and Catherine: Full Body, among others. Soejima-san is currently working to deliver unique character designs for highly anticipated fantasy title PROJECT Re FANTASY.

Catherine: Full Body

The captivating tale of 2011’s award-winning Catherine returns in Catherine: Full Body – bigger and better than before with improved visuals and gameplay, brand-new music, enhanced multiplayer options, and more. Full Body contains more than 500 puzzles, over twice that of the original game. Additionally, “Remix Mode” adds complex linked blocks to once-familiar levels, requiring new techniques and strategies to conqur them.

Players can explore brand-new branching story paths centering around the arrival of the mysterious amnesiac Rin. Dozens of new cutscenes and animated cinematics have been added to delve even deeper into Vincent’s complicated present life, as well as his past. Those just interested in seeing Vincent’s tragic tale are invited to play “Safety Mode,” which gives players the option to skip any puzzle.
