It was announced in the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump that Yuto Tsukuda and Shun Saeki’s popular cooking manga, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, will be ending in three chapters. In addition to this, the final chapter will include a “special announcement”. No further details were given in regards to what that announcement may involve.
Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma has been running since 2012 and was well known for its fun characters and it’s depiction of delicious dishes. 35 volumes have been released and there was an anime adaptation that ran for three seasons from 2015-2018.
