It’s a good time to be a fan of everybody’s favorite cheerful dinosaur, Yoshi. I’ve been hyped for Yoshi’s Crafted World for a while now, but after today’s Nintendo Direct, I’m even more hyped for it. They showed footage of Yoshi rafting, riding solar cars and even trains in quasi 3D sections. The way the game seems to play around with perspective looks tremendous, on top of the already fantastic art.

But that’s not all. Yoshi can purchase 180+ costumes in the game, using coins found in game. Not only are these stylish, but they provide protection from attacks. Best of all, the game will feature colorful and over the top boss fights. But perhaps best of all is that later today there will be a demo on the eShop. But for those waiting for the full thing, the full game launches on March 29th.
