World End Syndrome | Key art

Arc System Works announced at Anime NYC that they will be bringing their visual novel World End Syndrome to the west. The game, originally released in Japan in August 2018 on PS4, PS Vita and Switch, will be dropping the Vita version and releasing in the west in spring of 2019.

World End Syndrome is a “mystery X romance adventure” visual novel developed by Toybox, Inc., and is set in the seaside town of Mihate. The town has a local legend wherein the dead return to life every 100 years, known as the “Yomibito”. You can see a Japanese overview trailer for the game, initially released in June, below:
