Over at the Warframe convention, TeenoCon, Digital Extremes made an interesting announcement. Namely, that Warframe will be making its way on over to the Nintendo Switch with help from Panic Button, the devs that brought us other Switch ports such as DOOM and Wolfenstein.

Warframe, if you aren’t aware, is a third-person, free-to-play, action game with quite the following. It features both melee and ranged combat with a focus on cooperative gameplay.

No release date at this time but we’ll keep you up to date. Warframe is also available on other platforms such as Steam, XBox One, and PlayStation 4. Check out the press release below:

Digital Extremes Partners With Developer Panic Button, Reveals Switch Version at TennoLive

LONDON CONVENTION CENTRE, LONDON, ON – July 7, 2018 – At TennoCon, its third annual Warframe^® convention, Canadian developer and publisher Digital Extremes unveiled today Warframe, its hit cooperative online action game, is in development for Nintendo Switch™. Digital Extremes has partnered with developer Panic Button (DOOM, Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, Rocket League) to bring the title to Nintendo Switch.
