MangaGamer had four exciting announcements at their AX 2018 Panel. They included the most adorable Yuri game I’ve ever seen, something for the Yaoi fans, and two Rance titles.

First up we have Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!!, from Particle. This one started out as a drama CD that told the tale of six couples. This has since  been spun into an expansive tale of girls in love. We may all get diabetes from this one folks. You can see the story from the viewpoint of 15 different girls, so you can see firsthand how their love grows for each other. Will the three newest characters, Tamaki, Yuno, and Saeka manage to resolve their complex feelings for each other? Who of the trio will end up together?

Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! is all ages and will launch on both Steam and MangaGamer’s site. You can check out the official site or VNDB for more information on this one.

Next up we have something for the Yaoi fans, Tennenouji’s LuckyDog1! The story follows Giancarlo Bourbon del Monte whose nickname is Lucky Dog, and with good reason. In the Mob he has a great life and doesn’t really mind being in jail. His luck is so great he could break himself out anytime he got bored, but when four top members of the caporegime get locked up in the same prison, and the head of the family sends word to him to break them all out. Gian will receive tons of power and praise if he can pull this off, but is he up to the job? Can he trust this band of gangsters to have his back, and can he reclaim his spot at the top of the family?

This one is 18+ and there is no word on a Steam release for this title at this time. You can check out the game’s official site for more info.

And last but certainly not least we have more Rance coming our way. MangaGamer has acquired both Rance IX, and Rance X!

Rance is back with his hyper weapon to save a nation once again in Rance IX -The Helmanian Revolution. His training complete, Patton turns to Rance for aid in reclaiming his old homeland, the Helmanian Empire. He was promised new women to bang and the potential key to freeing his servant, Sill.

This Adult 3D Tactical RPG is sure to keep strategy RPG fans entertained for hours with a customizable fortress, offensive and defensive missions, a wide array of skills to conquer your enemies with, and powerfully animated special attacks to devastate foes! Are you ready to conquer an entire empire with a small force of elite heroes?

The final battle is upon us in the Rance series with Rance X -Showdown-! The rise of Kayblis, a powerful fiend who has taken control of the Monster Realm, the fate of the world is in your hands. Millions have died within the first two weeks and mankind struggles to unite until the world’s greatest hero, Rance, arrives to take charge of his women. The leaders will have to band together to end this final struggle between monster and man!

This grand war strategy RPG is the perfect fit for the ultimate conclusion to the Rance series! Check on your forces and humanity’s survival as you prepare your troops, fighting armies of fiends with your armies own to help sway the tides in your favor! Then gather your best units from over 200 characters and lead an operation against the Monster Army – defeat the powerful commanders and turn the tides of war! Will you lead humanity to victory, or will they face extinction as the war takes its toll on survivors?!
Both Rance IX, and Rance X will be available exclusively on MangaGamer.

About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.
